1. General Information
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping is available; however, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mindful Pages is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Estimated delivery times for expedited shipping are based on your location.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges will apply and will be added to your order at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mindful Pages is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Mindful Pages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Mindful Pages, we strive to ensure every book reaches its new home in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
Time Frame for Returns
Customers have 2 weeks (14 days) from the day they receive their book to initiate a return if the book is damaged during the shipping process or if the wrong item was received.
Condition of Returns
We accept returns only for books that are damaged during the shipping process or if the wrong item was received. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the book in the condition in which it was received.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@xx.com with a picture of the damaged or wrongly shipped book. Upon receiving your email, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Refunds and Store Credit
Upon the successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers can choose between a refund or store credit. We aim to process refunds and issue store credit promptly, ensuring you're not left waiting.

Shipping Costs
We understand that returns due to our error shouldn't be at your expense. Therefore, Mindful Pages will bear the return shipping costs for damaged or wrongly shipped items.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund or store credit and placing a new order for the correct item.
International Returns
Our return policy applies equally to all customers, regardless of location. International customers are also eligible for returns under the conditions outlined above.
